Originally designated as one of the unnumbered sons, Ferren Areios was appointed the rank of Lieutenant by the Primarch Rouboute Guilliman before awakening from his hibernation due to his impressive training record. After a possessed ally slew his predecessor, Ferren takes command of the 6th and plays a pivotal role during the Plague Wars.
 
The Space Marines, also known as the "Angels of Death," are the genetically engineered, elite super-soldiers of the Imperium of Man. Created personally by the Emperor, these warriors are significantly stronger, faster, and more resilient than baseline humans. They are organized into self-sufficient military Chapters, each typically comprising about 1,000 elite fighters, and are protected by powerful, life-sustaining power armor.
